Came across this quote the other day and I can't resist putting it down here because I second this. The quote isn't word to word but I've tried to convey very simply what it said:
It isn't a great idea to always fall back on an expert. They are so fixed with the idea of perfection they seem to have achieved their own way, that they are never flexible to try out more innovative methods and create something new
